Locked out

Question

Seem to be locked out of parts of my phone.

Keeps asking for the "protection password"..have tried the all the ones I would normally use but cant get in.

If I click the forgot password link I get asked for the "recovery password"...again cant get in.

What are my options?

Hello,

you either need your password or the recovery password that you could have sent to your email address. If bith is not available there is no way to get around the app protection.

the only way to get access to the restricted functions would be to reset your phone.
