Mobile Control 3.6 with MS SQL 2008 R2 Express

I see in the prerequisite documentation for Mobile Control 3.6 that MS SQL 2008 R2 is listed along with the SQL 2012 Express. Is it possible to use MS SQL 2008 R2 Express edition as the database for Mobile Control 3.6?

The deployment will support a single organization of not more than 50 mobile devices.

    Hi Juergens,

    the SQL 2008  R2 Express version has not been tested with Sophos Mobile Control 3.6.

    All SQL versions supported by SMC are listed in the Release Notes available here.

    The only Express version which was tested with SMC is 2012.
