  • Hi Caleb,

at 04:00 AM the SMC service shuts down completely and restarts at 04:05 am automatically.
This is done to do clear up temporary files and archive log files.
Maybe the shutdown takes too long and then the restart automatically terminates the wildfly-service.exe.

If the error appears in the eventlogs, does the server still work properly afterwards? Or do you have to start the service manually again to get the server working?
If you have to start it manually I suggest that you raise a support request and also provide the SMC server log files.

    Best regards

    Stefan

  • Hi there,

this happens to my Sophos Mobile Server now too. More or less at 4.00 AM the wildfly-service.exe crashes. It started some weeks ago. What to do? My Sophos Mobile and the Windows Server 2012 R2 are on the latest versions / Patches.

    Greetings
