Hello all,
I'm looking for a malware protection suite for my Android devices and so far Sophos is the best around: along with its well known brand and heritage this mobile product has a practical un-bloated GUI which gives easy access to the wealth of features it sports but perhaps more important is that Sophos Mobile is easy on system resources: I've found it to be faster and lighter on my Galaxy S4 GT-9500 than other solutions I tried like avast!, Zone, Lookout and the all-time heavyweight, system hogs Symantec's and Kaperskys's products.
Now, enough of flowers!
I can't make it work the Loss & Theft --> Look screen function: no matter I select pattern lock (my current locking scheme) or password it will refuse to acknowledge that either of two is active.
Is this a known bug? If not, do you guys have any bugtracker where I can open a ticket?
