Remove emails from phone

Hello, I know  setting  Active sync  to' disabled' will stop new emails being sent to the phone. Is there any way to remove all emails from a device ? Thanks  Jason :49538

Hi Jason, sorry for the late reply. TThis depends on the platform / device type you are using. If you are using iOS or Samsung SAFE devices or the Touchdown email client, you can remove the profile with the email configuration. This way, the whole email account would be removed including all emails. For other Android device where the emai account was created manually, it is not possible to remove anything.
