(version 3.0.0.6 of SMC) I am unable to get any of my Android devices to connect to my Exhchage server through the EAS proxy. In the easproxy.log, I see where my devices are connecting (verify user '****' with active sync id 'android****', etc.), but the next line says that it could not find database entry. In the customer view, I click on "Devices", click "Edit" on one of my Androids, click "Internal properties", and I see that the ActiveSync ID value is empty. I see this on all of my Andoids, in fact.
The value on all of my iPads is populated, and ActiveSync works perfectly on them. I do not understand why this isn't working for my Androids. Can anyone please assist? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
