Install applications on WIndows phone 8

I've downloaded a few apps from windows marketplace and added them to SMC

But when I try to install them on the windows phone it seems to download the installationfiles okay but the installation fails with error (something like) cannot install company application contact your administrator

I can't find much information on importing applications on the website maybe someone can help me a bit

Hi blabla,
for Windows Phone 8 you can only deploy using the Enterprise AppStore of the Sophos Mobile Control app.
It is not possible to send files / apps directly to the device.
Information how to create a package being displayed in the Enterprise App Store can be found in chapter 16.2 of the Sophos Mobile Control Administrator Guide available here.
