Please refer to this information if that helps you: 

• IOS Devices:
  • Disable Unenrollment Through App:

    In the Sophos Mobile Control console, navigate to Setup > General, then click the SMC app tab. Select "Disable unenrollment through the app" to remove the Unenroll option from the Sophos Mobile Control app. 
  • Apple DEP Enrollment:

    If using the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP), ensure the "Allow MDM profile removal" option is disabled in the DEP configuration profile settings. 
• Android Devices:
  • Disable Unenrollment Through App:

    Similar to iOS, navigate to Setup > General, click the SMC app tab, and select "Disable unenrollment through the app." 
  • Android Enterprise:

    For Android Enterprise devices, you can prevent users from removing the Sophos Mobile Control app by configuring the "Allow user to remove ME MDM App" setting to "No" in the Enrollment settings.
