we have an mobilphone with full managed profil. Now the colleague need the app InShot with In-App purchase. He can install the app but if he want to pay the full version with credit card he get an error that he has no rights for this.
It is possible to pay with credit card or an other method the In-App purchases?

Translation: Error - You are not authorized to perform this action [OR-CAC-113]
Upon checking with our internal team, the issue seems related to your Google account, and they have suggested that Google itself check the issue.
The Error Code [OR-CAC113] usually indicates an issue with your payment method or Account Authorization. Sometimes, this may also involve your back as banks may block transactions for some security reason.
