Sophos Link Checker on Intercept X for Android "No valid URL found"

Can you help us with the following information, please?

• What is the Android OS version running on the affected devices?
• What email app are you using?
• On which browser are the links being opened?

Can you please go to the Settings of the Outlook app, look for this option, and make sure this is also set to the correct browser?

Installing Edge and setting it as the default browser has resolved the issue, but that now means the links are not being checked by Intercept X.

What do you suggest?

Apologies for the misunderstanding. On the settings of your Outlook app, make sure that it is set to your chosen browser for the Link Checker. So, you can choose the option "Open links with Default Browser". And then on the phone's settings, make sure to configure the default browser and set it to Chrome.

Let me know how it goes.

On the Outlook app, if set to default browser links don't open, only when Edge is selected.

My default browser for the phone is set to Intercept X.

What do you suggest?

We tried replicating this and it seems to be happening only on selected devices. Kindly open a support case so this can be further investigated. Please also share your Case ID here. Thank you.
