Sophos Mobile Database Migration

Hi,

One of my users has the following message come up when they click on Sophos email and enter their Sophos Container pin. It is not showing their emails or calendar etc.

Does it look like this phone is compromised? There is no Sophos branding on the message and the only option at the bottom is a button that states "START DATABASE MIGRATION".

Sophos Central is not reporting this device as compromised and is still showing as compliant.

Any assistance appreciated.
