ich kann seit heute keine Android Geräte mehr über das SSP registrieren. Es kommt am Ende immer die Meldung "Registrierung eines neuen Geräts fehlgeschlagen."
Apple Geräte sind weiterhin kein Problem. In Sophos Central steht unter den Aufträgen "Registrierung -> Endgültig fehlgeschlagen". Ich habe alle Richtlinien und Pakete neu angelegt aber nichts funktioniert mehr.
Hatte das schon mal jemand oder kann mir vielleicht weiter helfen :( ??

Als Info noch: Mit einer Arbeitsprofil-Richtlinie geht es, ich möchte aber eine Geräterichtline!

Is this happening for all Android Devices? Could you please check if the same device exists in your list of devices shown in the SSP and perform a "Reconfiguration" task for that device. Check if the device exists and delete the already existing device. Afterwards, perform the registration process on the current device again.
thank you for your quick answer. Yes it happens to all Android devices. When it has finished configuring in the SSP it also will be shown in the list of devices in the Central Admin but the point "Registration" is not finished. I deleted the device several time and tried to reconfigurate it afterwards, but no success.
It now works with a work profile policy (I dont know why) but I need it running with a device policy.

Would you please set the maximum number of devices to "none" and check whether registration now works or not?

it alreday is set to "none".
EDIT: Sorry it was set to "Unlimited". Now it changed it to "none", but now the button in the SSP is greyed out and I can not register a new device (what is ok with this setting).

Would you please suggest how many devices are assigned to the single user? Also, have you assigned any devices apart from that to the same user?
As there is a limitation of user assignment in the Android. Maximum 10 devices can be assigned to the same user.
at the moment the user I try the MDM enrollment has 4 devices assigned in summary. Is it possible, that with all my tries I have reached a "limit" of 10 Android devices? Could be, because I tried some things, enrolled the device an deleted it several times, that I can not register more android devices to this user? Can I delete the assignments?
Tried it with another user, also not able to enroll the device :(
Would you please confirm the priority under Self Service Portal configurations page, you can use the arrow icons next to a configuration? I will also check this with our escalation team for further troubleshooting steps.
did you mean the arrow I clicked on in the screenshot?
what exactly are the tasks which have you configured in the task bundle configured for the Self Service Portal?
Also, are you starting the Android Enterprise device owner enrollment process on a Factory reset device?
If you want to set up a device with the Android Enterprise Device Owner mode you have to factory reset it.Then, when asked for a Google account you enter afw#sophos (assuming you have configured Android Enterprise Managed Play account scenario).
When doing that, the Sophos Mobile Control client is installed and you should be able to scan the QR code.
In addition, it would be interesting what the details within the failed enrollment task is showing.
