The LDAP directory is not available at the moment - Second Customer/AD

Hello,

We are currently evaluating the platform and managed to successfully configure that whole setup.

Now we want to add a second Customer/AD in mobile control and created the second Customer under superadmin dashboard.

 

The ldap connection for the 2nd domain procedure seems to work fine, with wrong credentials not working, so it seems to communicate fine. Tried either with FQDN or IP.

However when trying to lookup users with ldap either to add administrators or new device we get the error "The LDAP directory is not available at the moment".

We are with Mobile control Server version: 8.1.3 (rev 13931)
