Please upgrade the ConnectWise Automate/Sophos integration plugin. To upgrade the current plugin with the new DLL, follow the instructions listed here - Upgrading the Sophos Automate plugin .
The list of improvements in the latest updates are:
- The changes in the script logs will improve the statuses shown for product installations.Modified status code ‘-9999’ and some other text statuses. Refer to the following table for more info:

2. Improved script and debug logs to provide better information.
- Debug logs now indicate when location and computer level auto deployment is enabled or disabled.
- Deployment script installation clearly indicates whether auto-deployment is enabled or disabled at the location or computer level in script log.
