Bypass Email Encryption

My users send property identification numbers that resemble SSNs.  I have a data control policy that automatically encrypts SSNs.  Is there a way for the user to use a key work in the subject - or some other method - that would allow the email to bypass encryption?

      • Sure... What I did was created a new policy that I will only apply to certain users.  The first rule is to check for key word.  I used No Encrypt in subject line.  If this rule is found, then no more rules are process.  If it is not found, it goes to the next rule which is to encrypt if it finds a SSN.
