Unable to schedule reports

As soon as I click on "Send an email" (either of them), the "Save Report Template" gets greyed out.

Is this happening to everyone else, or is it just a problem for my customers?

  • Must admit I've been slack getting around to setting these reports up, but it appears you can only schedule reports to go to people assigned Administrator roles in Sophos Central. That's a setback.

    Should be able to select any mailbox in the list of recipients for reports. I don't want to have to make customers an administrator just so they can receive a monthly summary of what's occurred.
