Sophos Firewalls
Sophos XG Firewall and Sophos UTM provide web application firewall, IPS, advanced threat protection, cloud sandboxing, web content filtering, reporting, and VPN gateway. Available from AWS Marketplace, these Sophos firewall deployments can now be identified in the “AWS EC2 Host Inventory” with the Sophos firewall icon. Version information provided ensures teams can easily identify firewall models deployed i.e. XG 18.0 MR3.

Sophos Intercept X for Server – Cloud Workload Protection
Sophos Cloud Optix also now allows you to filter AWS and Microsoft Azure hosts to identify virtual machines with Sophos Intercept X for Server agents deployed. Enabling server-specific policies for groups of virtual machines efficiently, with consistent management across cloud and hybrid environments. Sophos Intercept X for Server protects virtual machines from the latest threats, including ransomware, fileless attacks, and cloud-specific malware. While EDR takes threat hunting and IT security operations to the next level with powerful querying and remote response capabilities.

Enhanced Network Visualizations
Cloud Optix network topology visualizations available on-demand save hours of time build accurate network diagrams, and now AWS topology visualization has been enhanced to identify Sophos protection, including Intercept X for Server workload protection agents, Sophos UTM and XG Firewall deployments.
Note: Visualizations do not correctly show traffic routing through the Firewall (Available 2021).
