I'd argue that having something like this in the table is a bit more obvious (like there already is for MTD and Windows 10+):
Windows 7*,8,8.1, 10 and 11
* Note: Check Sophos Endpoint and Server Protection: Retirement calendar for supported platforms and operating systems to make sure that your platform is still supported
It would draw the attention that something is noteworthy with Windows 7. But maybe it's just me who skips to the tables
