Central Maintenance

Access to the central console isn‘t possible for more than 13(!) Hours!

As a Partner that is offering paid Service and i can‘t do my Job is Not acceptable!

we have industry Customer, where we have to garantee 99,9% Access during a year, that means 4 Hours within a year Service disruption.

and Sophos isn‘t able to do this for its own Product?

    While this forum specifically, is intended for product documentation feedback, I'd be happy to assist you. 

    You can find information on the expected session timeouts on the following page. As long as some activity is performed in Sophos Central Partner/Dashboard, you are permitted to remain logged in for up to 24 hours. 
    - Expected and unexpected auto sign-out behavior information

    The Sophos Partner Portal (header/banners as shown below) may differ. 

    Could you elaborate on the 99.9% access requirement? Are you not able to log back in after the sum of 13 hours logged in is reached?
