We've recently added the following four flows on Sophos Assistant on Sophos Central:
1. How to manage your firewalls in Central
This flow will guide you on how you can view your firewall licenses.
This will walk you through the simple steps of claiming a firewall.
3. How to transfer a firewall or update device contact details
This flow will show you how to transfer a firewall license to another registrant & update device contact details.
4. How to claim a transferred firewall
This flow will show you how to claim a transferred firewall.
Please note that MyUTM, UTM, and SG are not affected by these changes. The new flows are not available on the Legacy Central dashboard. Please update to the new Central navigation to view all the available flows and click the question mark icon:
