Error AADSTS50011 when attempted to add Sophos Outlook Add-in in MS365

Getting Error AADSTS50011 when attempted to add Sophos Outlook Add-in in MS365.  Here is screenshot of the error:

  • The suggested URL does not solve the issue - the app does not show in App Registrations.  It does show in Enterprise Applications but there is no place to update the URI, not  that I should have to.

      The following error is generally caused when the callback token's syntax is misconfigured within the directory service and may require adjustment within the associated Azure identity provider.

      Make sure you have used fqdn/oauth2/callback.

      If the issue persists, please open a case with support and share the Case ID.

      • Can you direct me to where the to "adjustment with the associated Azure identity provider" would be done?  And how to make sure I have used fqdn/oauth2/callback? Where that is configured?
