We have had the Report to Sophos function working in Outlook for years, and have the submissions sent into our internal ticketing system for IT security staff to review. This stopped working on 2024-10-23 with the last one coming through around 7:30 AM EDT. Across all of our staff, we typically see around 5 of these reports each weekday. We have completed tests to verify that it isn't just a lack of reporting, but nothing coming through.
The Report to Sophos function is still working fine, with no errors on the client side. The Phish Campaigns are still going through and can be reported successfully.
I have added a separate gmail.com address to the reporting, but nothing landing there either.
Checked the Microsoft Exchange Online Quarantine, but nothing being blocked from reporting@staysafe.sophos.com.
I have opened a support ticket with Sophos which is being worked on. Just curious if anyone else if having this problem.
