We are based in Australia and a lot of the templates available on Phish threat are based on American brands, so a lot of the templates are not able to be used by us. We have been trying to create custom phishing emails using the templates that are available on Sophos Phish threat. We notice that it's not possible to use custom images when customizing.
Is there any way around this?

You should be able to use custom images when customizing, are you able to see the following icon when editing the template?
Also, make sure the image is in .png format.
