Client reports spyware but doesn't report to console

Hi

Can anyone help.

This morning one of our servers reported a trojan, for which it sent an email to the IT section, and also reported in its av and hips log . On checking the Enterprise Console, there is no log of any problems with that server. Surely the console should report any virus activity on the connected clients?

I am running Enterprise Console 5.5.0 and client save 10.7

is there an explanation for this please?

    if it has subsequently been cleaned up (this should also be ib the email) it won't appear as an alert requiring resolution. In the console you should see it in the server's computer details though.
