Update manager error stating license has expired but it shouldn't be.

Have re-entered credentials multiple times and created a new instance on a test network that works so I believe the credentials are fine. Have put in a ticket but no one has contacted me for 2 days. Have also been trying all suggestions I can find from the forums but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
