Update manager error stating license has expired but it shouldn't be.

Have re-entered credentials multiple times and created a new instance on a test network that works so I believe the credentials are fine. Have put in a ticket but no one has contacted me for 2 days. Have also been trying all suggestions I can find from the forums but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Larry Weaver,

the MyAccount page (if you have added your credentials) should show you the start and end dates.
Did all suggestions include writing to customercare@sophos.com?

End dates are good for a couple of years and no I didn't see the email suggestion. I will try that now. Thank you.
