Unable to proceed installation

Hello,

i think its a basic question, but i can not solve it. I am trying to install Sophos free antivirus, but it says "Unable to proceed", Sophos home cannot be installed as this computer is not running a supported operating system".

But it is running Windows 7 32 bits Sp1, Ultimate.

What could be the reason?

Hi Hernan,

Please help me with the following:

1. Do you have any other security product installed on the machine?

2. Is this a Personal computer or work computer?

3. What is the available free space in the machine?
