Nearly complete installation

Good Afternoon:

We have several clients that are being installed Sophos EndPoint, which at the end shows that the installation is almost ready, to be updated when you have an internet connection, when the computer actually has internet.

We restart the computer, however, the msg has not been updated.

We already tried with our intranet and with a free internet service and the result is the same.

Unable to update.

  • Issue solved, the solution is delete register keys of Microsoft Essencials.

    Thank you for the update. If possible please share the steps you performed (registry key deleted) to resolve the issue, so that it would be helpful for the other users when needed.
