Error installing Sophos for Virtual Environment on Hyper-V Host: Security VM: Failed to set Mount Point for Config VHD

Hi Everyone,

 

This is my first time on the forum. Hope you have some ideas on this issue. I have just tried to install the Sophos Security for VM on a Hyper-V host and I have received an error. An extract of the log shows the following:

The Host server is running Windows Server 2012 R2 Full installation

    There could be multiple reasons why the mount point is not set. Please check the event viewer for error with ClusSvc in the Source column and Physical Disk Resource in the Category column, and share the screenshot if possible.
