Good Morning,
Can anyone advise on what would cause real time protection to become disabled? The Real time protections seems to be preventing a laptop to not establish a heartbeat and thus prevent an end user from getting internet access.
Environment - Laptop/Dock -> Laptop in Sleep mode.
user comes in, docks laptop, leave it sleeping, comes back 30mins later opens laptop - heartbeat not established and has no network. (Dock has ethernet cable plugged in and laptop detects lan)
We reboot laptop, sign into windows and heartbeat is established.
Running a network of 30-40 laptops, and this seems to be only 1 having this particular issue. Everyone else seems to be fine docking their laptop and establishing heartbeat in 1-2mins tops.
Any thoughts? This has occurred multiple times in past month and seems unreasonable to have user reboot laptop every time.
