Old Antivirus not uninstalling when install Sophos Endpoint Software

While deploying the agent to a workstation, Endpoint software does not uninstall old antivirus application and gives error of installation. I have Trend Micro.

Please someone help.....

    which version of the agent do you (want to) deploy and by what method? And just Trend Micro is too generic.

    Hi Christian,

     

    We have purchased Endpoint enterprise software V 5.5.0 and trying to install the product on the PCs on network via console. when selecting a system and trying to "Protect computer", it starts installation of agent but return with error "Installation failed. The computer may need additional configuration before installation. See knowledgebase article 29287.Date/time                Code      Description                             

                                               7/3/2017 4:36:27 PM      00000049  Cancelled Sophos installation and removal of third-party security software. The software being removed may include a firewall or other component that is not being replaced. Make sure the package you are installing provides equivalent protection to the package being removed."
