Problem With program actualization

Hello everybody. I´m get an error when the server is triying to update the End Point Security. I get the messages displayed on the atached image. Somebody has any idea of the problem?

Hello Miguel Figueroa,

this is Central Admin, isn't it? Apparently install of sdu fails with an unspecified error 80004005. Which operating system and version?

It's a Windows 7 x64 sistem and it si not a server

Hello Miguel,

I wonder what Updating failed because WindowsCloudServerLeagcy is missing signifies. Haridoss Sreenivasan should better than me be able to find out. [:)]

Sorry guys, it´s a Windows 2003 Server x32, it´s not a Sophos Server, it´s a individual client with the endpoint installed.

a Windows 2003 Server x32
that was my suspicion - support for 2003 has been retired, the article says Without extended support all updates will cease in May/June 2017 so it's not surprising it stopped updating.

Hi Miguel

As Christian mentioned, Windows 2003 server has been retired and the updates are stopped for machines without extended support. However, please do let us know the date of the last update.
