Problem With program actualization

Hello everybody. I´m get an error when the server is triying to update the End Point Security. I get the messages displayed on the atached image. Somebody has any idea of the problem?

Hi Miguel,

Is Servidor09 a client machine or a server? What is the OS on the machine? We need to check and make sure the communication between Servidor09 and the Server is fine.
