Software Update failed

Hi there,

 

May I ask your help?

I try to update the anti-virus version of a linux server by changing the software subscription into preview instead of recommended so that it can download the new release version of AV, but when the download is finished it display an error of "software update failed".

the last time i updated the version it was just fine.

    as far as I can see Recommended and Preview both contain the same version 9.13.2, there is an Engine update scheduled though and you might already have access to it  - anyway, what do you mean by update?
    The software update failed doesn't necessarily have to be related to the Linux software though. I'd suggest that you View Update Manager Details from the Update managers view. Likely this information won't suffice to solve the problem, the Logviewer will give more information. And finally inspection of the SUMTrace logs might be needed.
