How to avoid false positive

Hello,

  I have one question about whitelisting in Sophos.

We are security software vendore and from time to time we are facing false positive detection, because we are using technology like MiM(man in the middle). We have official microsft certificate which we are using for subsribe our binaries, but sometimes we are detected like potentional threat.

Is there any way how to whitelist our software from prevention reasons by default?
