I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the following issue I have on my network.
I have recently migrated our Sophos installs across to Sophos Central, to include the Sophos Endpoint Protection and the Intercept X packages.
Using the Sophos Cloud Migration Tool I have managed to migrate across the mijority of our devices and servers - apart from one.
We have a file server that fails when trying to install the server client. The message that we recieved is that it cannot connect to the internet to get the setting required. It therfore does not download the software, the update config etc. The Internet is working correctly, and has exactely the same settings as a similar server for when the install did work.
I have tried to install the software manually too but with no joy.
Windows firewall is configured correctly and there are no 3rd party pieces of software that are preventing this.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? Or are there some config files that could be changed manaually?
