In SEC 5.5.0 Duplicate Systems Appear After AD Sync

Every Month We Sync AD with our SEC 5.5.0 DB, However We End Up with Multiple duplicate Devices

More Info on DUplicate Devices :
*Devices are Disabled in AD
*If these Devices are Deleted from Sophos they Re Appear


Hence As a Work Around we Have these Duplicate Clients moved to a UNKNOWN CLIENTS DOUBLE GROUP

Also this issue re occurs, Every Sync we RUN

  • Hello Neel Shetty,

    please try the search mentioned in the thread. You'll find some explanations why the duplication occurs. You can delete the duplicates from the SQL database (it's unsupported) but they will recur if you don't address the underlying cause (means for example: change your workflow).
