Enterprise Console Off-line Update?

Hi,

We have a Server running Server Standard 2003 and it is off-line. We have just installed the latest Version of Enterprise Console v4.5

i would like to know how to update this off-line as I cant get it to protect the computers with out having to add the update user name and password ect then it says its not on the internet.

Can someone please tell me how to set it up for a offline server and how it is updated from a computer with the internet we used to download the IDEs and add them to a shared directory on the old version of Enterprise Console v2.0
