Sophos Setup/Configuration on Windows 2003 R2 Questions

Does anyone have experience with installing/configuring Sophos? We have Sophos Enterprise Console ver 4.5.1.0 installed.

Our sever is running 2003 R2, we have DFS volumes that also replicate and we would like to know how people have set up Sophos to scan DFS volumes.

    I realise this an old thread... but here goes...

    We've been running the v7 clients for over a year and just recently upgraded to the v9 clients with the v4.5 Enterprise Consol. The two AD servers are running DFS and this doesn't seem to be an issue.

    I will say that Excel DOES seem to have trouble with some files when a user tries to save. But this is cleary NOT a "Sophos on DFS" issue since we've had the problem with Excel 2007 from the very start. (As a matter of fact, I'm STILL trying to resolve that one... LONG before we moved to Sophos).
