Primary SUM Machine Not Updating after Upgrade

Hi All,

I am currently in the process of upgrading from SEC 3 to 4.5.

I have now got to the point where im trying to configure SUM (Non of my old policies could be migrated)

Problem is that my Primary Sophos Update Manager will no update from the internet.

SUM is telling me "Software delivery Failed" Further details says the following:

I have tried following the KB article here: http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/66176.html to no avail.

I had a look in the SUM log viewer and it says the following.  But im not sure what it means.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
