uninstalling Sophos endpoint

Hello, can someone to solve this problem.

how come I have disabled the Temper Protection in the dashboard .

but still when uninstalling Sophos endpoint on my client machine

they tell me to disable Temper protection

    Open the Endpoint Agent and let me know What does it look like ?

      Because the agent has "lost" its connection to the Central console. Should it happen? No. But it does. 

      You wont be able to disable Tamper from to console anymore, you will need to do it manually following these instructions:

        I have had this happen to me before, you must be patient with it - it takes some time for the tamper protection to be disabled. Wait 5-10min and you should be good to go. Alternatively you can disable tamper protection from the local machine. I have found that this way is more responsive.
