Unable to log into the "Admin Login".

I am unable to log into the "Admin Login"  at the workstation.   The Tamper protection password provided from Sophos Central, does not work.  Is there a different tamper protection password?

  • You have to wait a while for it, I guess,  I generated a new password yesterday and could not log in even after an hour or so.  Today I was able to log in today with the password.

    I think the speed with which communication happens should improve especially for things like Admin Login.

  • If you change the Tamper protection password in Central, force an update on the Agent to have the change come down quickly.  

    Open agent UI , click on About and then on Update
