hi all,
by default we disable mass storage devices on sophos, but when a user plugs in her usbc dock it thinks its a mass storage device, shes only plugged that in her laptop, the dock has got nothing connected to it
is there a way to plug it in on another computer that hasnt got sophos on, download the drivers and install it on the pc in question

Yes, you can plug your USB-C dock into a computer without Sophos installed, download the necessary drivers for the dock, and then install them on the computer with Sophos to potentially resolve the issue where it's being detected as a mass storage device.
In addition, you use exclusion using peripheral control by adding the docking station model.
