Hi Jayson Philbert Ted Manaol
Could you please check under the update logs for the exact error( C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs)? Please check this article and see if it helps.
Shweta
What happens if you run ESH as an administrator?

Already did this but error still persist
Hi Shweta,Where can I see my username and password license?
You can check under config.xml (C:\ProgramData\Sophos\UpdateCache\Config).
config.xml
C:\ProgramData\Sophos\UpdateCache\Config
You need to look at the MCS logs to see what is happening. Right now we don't know if the Update Cache is accessible but not responding correctly or if the endpoint can't even find the Update Cache in the network.

Greetings Jayson Philbert Ted Manaol, Im having this exact same issue, did you manage to solve it, or at least find out what is causing it? I even uninstalled the Update Cache and Installed it again, but the issue persisted, then i installed Update Cache in another server, it replicated the same behavior, let me know if you solved this. Thanks in advance
From the screenshot it looks like Sophos Update Cache installed but never successfully downloaded any updates. Because of this I would look into the Update Cache log to see if there are any failures or errors. This log is in C:\ProgramData\Sophos\UpdateCache\logs\downloader.log
