Remove SGPortable

Hey all, about a month ago i ended my internship in a company that uses sphos on its computers. While there i used a usb device that was automaticly encryted after the first use and the transfer of data became really slow because of this. I understand that it was necesery than, but now i am not there anymore and the usb is completely empty. Is there a way to remove this encryption? Thanks. I have to say that i dont understand much about computers so please dont use too many technical terms. This is the file for autorun on my usb, if its any help. [autorun] open=.\sgportable\SGPortable.exe action=Access encrypted files icon=sgportable\SGPortable.exe ;label=SGPortable shell\access=Access encrypted files shell\access\command=".\sgportable\SGPortable.exe"

  • Hello, SGPortable* files and autorun have been pushed to my personal extrenal drive from my workstation. Nothing seems to have been encrypted yet, and no pass phrase set up, but access to unencrypted files already deteriorated significantly. Would a simple deletion of the files pushed remove all SGP functionality (including the icon) from the external or I still need to reformat the drive? the drive has already lots of data on it so migrating the data would be quite painful. Thank you,
