Support is very concerning

why does your support number take so long to answer???   I  purchased 7 devices and was just on the phone for 90 minutes with NO ANSWER.  Also if you have a repetitive message while waiting for someone to answer, every 10 seconds is enough to drive anyone to drinking.  I'm very concerned now about this product and the support I'm going to receive.  90 minutes and no pick up???  What if we were down with no service?

All I need is to find out why my firewall won't synchronize.  It states to contact support!!!  What support???
