i created a fresh Sophos ID and cant login with the credentials.
If i try to reset the password it fails with Authentication failed. Check your login details and try again.
Whats the cause of it?
You created a Sophos ID but not a Sophos Central Account.
For that, you need to start a Trial :www.sophos.com/.../free-trial

I did basically the same as for a ton of other users we maintain in our Sophos Central MDM.
Is there a way to delete the account?
I cant reset the password or recover the account in any way.
