Hello,
my Company upgraded from Sophos Endpoint Protection to Sophos Central Intercept X Advanced. Since years I've an old mySophos Account which was converted into a Sophos ID.
Logging in to the old Licencing Portal works well. To use Intercept X Advanced I need Sophos Central, but when I try to login to central.sophos.com I got the message "Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again".
When I try to create a new Central account I got the message "The email address n.hxxxn@fixxxxxxxton.de is already used for a Sophos account. "
I've also tried to reset my password, but it ends with the same result.
What could I do?

Did you try a trial for this account in the past? Some Months/Years ago?
Is it possible to move to a new Email address for Central? You can create your current email as a Superadmin later.
You could contact Sophos, so they extend this old trial, and you can login to the old account and change the superadmin account. We would always recommend to create a new account, as old accounts can have weird status. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035176?language=en_US

Thanks for help. Using another email adress to create an Central account and adding my regual email adress as admin worked.
