Having an issue on macOS where I'm testing ZTNA from to validate various scenarios before we start deploying at customers.
I'm running macOS and use RDP to access a Windows Server 2019 RDS server. ZTNA works great, connection takes a little bit but once connected it works pretty seamlessly most of the time.
I get a frequent prompt (sometimes within 20 minutes of each other, sometimes feels like hours) with SophosUserAgent.app asking to use our domain to sign in.
If I'm not looking at the correct monitor, I don't see this and my session becomes disconnected.
Also, every once in a while, at different times not coinciding with the above, I'll see a blue Locking... screen but then my desktop comes back in a few seconds.
Any idea how to keep the session running without authenticating often? Authentication is supposed to last for 14 days IIRC.
Windows seems just fine.
Hi David, thanks for reaching out. We'll investigate this and get back to you. In the meantime, have you tried rebooting the system once to mitigate this?
