When a user accesses lastpass.com he only gets a "PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR" or "This page can't be displayed" in IE shown in browser when browsing through the XG webproxy.
It seems it is blocked because Risk Level is High / 4.
Why can't XG show the user a real block message? This blocking behaviour looks quite primitive.
We have V18 MR4
The CA GlobalSign Extended Validation CA - SHA256 - G3 was not known by the XG - I added it but the behaviour stays the same.
After I allowed the application, the user could load the page without problems.
is this behaviour expected?
Question to emmosophos : I can see you modified multiple posts from me and removed tags / keywords. May I ask why?
Hello LHerzog,
I change the TAGs to be meaningful and match better the product modules, TAGs such as slow, error, doesn't mean too much, when you click the TAG. In future updates of the community, TAGs will be pre-built to improve the usage of the tags. I am doing this for all posts not only yours. Probably for this month only, but we’ll be adding TAGs to posts without TAGs.
As per your question, at the moment, yes this is expected behavior, currently, only the Web Filter provides the blocked Page, (same for the UTM).
Regards,
Thanks for confirming that this is not a configuration issue.
